We focus on making data usable by supporting educators in translating it into instruction that is targeted and directly connected to your curriculum. This work is often brought to life through our Power Pods framework, which helps teachers deliver targeted instruction in a consistent and manageable way.

Through professional development, instructional coaching, and data-informed planning, we work with teachers and school leaders to bring this work to life in the classroom.

We ensure instructional decisions are purposeful and designed to move every student forward. This work is grounded in the vision of founder Katie Adams, an educator with nearly 20 years of experience in math education, and is driven by a commitment to instruction that is responsive, intentional, and evolving.
