About Us
3D Math Consulting was founded by Katie Adams, an educator with nearly 20 years of experience in math education. She is committed to making math meaningful, engaging, and impactful for every learner.
At 3D Math Consulting, we believe math should never feel flat. Our work is grounded in three core pillars: differentiation, data-driven instruction, and real-world application through discovery. These pillars guide everything we do, from curriculum design to classroom practice. We ensure that all students are supported, challenged, and inspired, and that teachers feel equipped, confident, and empowered in their instruction.
We partner directly with schools to support teachers through dynamic, hands-on professional development, instructional coaching, and meaningful data analysis. Our goal is to help educators bring these three pillars to life in their classrooms.
At the core of our work is the belief that when teachers are equipped with the right tools and strategies, and students are given the opportunity to think deeply and engage actively, learning becomes meaningful and lasting.
Math isn’t one-dimensional and learning shouldn’t be either.
Our Services
Engaging, hands-on workshops designed to bring differentiation, data-driven instruction, and real-world discovery into the math classroom. Teachers leave with ready-to-use strategies, lesson structures, and practical tools they can implement immediately.
Comprehensive analysis of student data, including diagnostic assessments, to uncover trends, strengths, and areas for growth. We support schools in translating data into action through targeted student plans, small group structures, and clear, family-friendly communication.
A full review and redesign of math curriculum to ensure alignment with standards, coherence across grade levels, and intentional progression of skills. We help schools build a curriculum that sets all students up for long-term success while maintaining depth, rigor, and clarity.
Ongoing coaching for teachers through classroom observations, co-planning, and feedback cycles. We work alongside educators to refine instruction, implement best practices, and build confidence in delivering high-impact math lessons.
